We are a non-profit, all volunteer group dedicated to providing all Jews who love the outdoors with the chance to share activities with other Jews. We are part of a network of over 20 chapters nationwide.

Our Goal

Is to provide the Jewish community with a forum of outdoor activities to:

• Develop outdoor knowledge and skills
• Support environmental education
• Provide a positive social environment within a Jewish context

Hiking, Back Packing, Camping, Rafting, Canoeing, Sailing, Kayaking, Skating, Rollerblading, Running, Bicycling, Tennis, Volleyball, Softball, Rock Climbing, Israeli Dance, Havdalah Services, Presentations on environmentalism and outdoor activities and more....

We operate all year long. Our goal is 2 events a month. The nature of events, frequency, location, difficulty, pace, and distance, is largely determined by the volunteers who lead them.

Who May Join

Jews of any denomination, age, or marital status. All persons 18 years of age or older are eligible to join, while anyone under that age may participate in Club activities if accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older.

Membership

Your dues provide you with a monthly newsletter and calendar including information on up and coming national and regional events. Additionally many of our activities may include equipment or other fees and there will usually be a discount for members. Most importantly though they help with the administrative costs, such as mailings, legal, and web presence and telephone.

To Join

Simply fill out the following membership application and mail it with your first year's dues ($15 for individuals, $20 for families. The membership term lasts for one year from the date you join.)
